CBRE announced that three professionals in its Colorado offices have achieved honorary title promotions.
Based in Denver, Dann Burke is promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Burke specializes in healthcare-related real estate transactions and medical office properties across the Denver metro area and greater Colorado Front Range. He has more than two decades of experience in healthcare-specific development, design and construction, leasing, and sales services. Last month, Mr. Burke was named a top 2021 Healthcare Influencer by GlobeSt.
Pete Kelly is also promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Kelly is based in CBRE’s Fort Collins office and focuses on office and land transactions in Northern Colorado, including investment sales, leasing and occupier representation. Mr. Kelly is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In 2019, Mr. Kelly was named the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors’ Top Investment Producer.
Monica Wiley is promoted to Vice President. Based in Denver, Ms. Wiley is with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in office property sales across metro Denver. Her primary focus is office investments and owner-user building sales up to and including $25 million, mainly targeted toward private capital groups and investors. Ms. Wiley is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
