Mr. Javier is a real estate appraiser focused on the Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley and Colorado Springs metro areas. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including residential and commercial subdivisions, master-planned communities, multifamily, data centers, office, retail, industrial, car dealerships, and urban and rural land. He is a Colorado Certified General Appraiser and a candidate to become a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
