CBRE announced that Willem van der Hoeven has been promoted to the title of Vice President with Valuation & Advisory Services in Colorado.
Mr. van der Hoeven is a real estate appraiser located at a satellite office in Breckenridge. His experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including trophy homes, office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, net leased investments, restaurants, subdivisions, and other special purpose properties as well as rural and ranch lands. His primary geographical focus is Colorado mountain communities including Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, Steamboat, Leadville, Salida, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction and Winter Park. Mr. van der Hoeven is a Colorado Certified General Appraiser and recently received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
