CBRE announced that Andrew Sullivan has been promoted to Vice President with Valuation & Advisory Services in Denver.
Mr. Sullivan is a real estate appraiser whose work has spanned multiple U.S. markets and property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial and land. Mr. Sullivan has conducted appraisals on commercial properties in 29 states over his career to date. He is a Colorado Certified General Appraiser and a designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Mr. Sullivan holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
