CBRE announced the promotion of Erik Abrahamson to First Vice President with CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services in Boulder, Colo. Mr. Abrahamson focuses on office, flex and life science properties along the Highway 36 corridor, encompassing all of Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Abrahamson has been involved in over $800 million in transaction value. He has comprehensive knowledge of the office, flex and life science real estate markets around the Boulder and Denver areas. His background includes commercial property development, acquisitions and dispositions, and brokerage.
Mr. Abrahamson is a board member for the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District, as well as a member of NAIOP, Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Commercial Brokers of Boulder.
He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin and completed his graduate coursework at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
