CBRE announced today that Ryan Link has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Part of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Mr. Link specializes in office tenant representation focusing the majority of his business on the technology and legal sectors, where he is a member of CBRE’s Law Firm Practice Group.
Since joining CBRE in 2013, Mr. Link has executed in excess of 5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions. He has worked on some of Denver’s most notable recent leases, including Vertafore’s headquarter relocation to Denver and Yes! Communities headquarter relocation to the Denver Tech Center.
Mr. Link is the youngest producer in CBRE’s Colorado offices to currently hold the title of Senior Vice President.
