After leading Vector Property Services for the past 25 years, veteran office leasing broker Matt Smith has started his own brokerage, Premises Commercial Real Estate. “I have always considered a customized and dedicated approach to each clients’ specific requirements, a key determinate to my past successes. This opportunity affords me the flexibility to expand on my service-centric model. Many of my existing clients have already agreed to continue with my leasing services under Premises Commercial. Some of the Landlords I am incredibly grateful to represent include Principal Real Estate Investors, Novell Coworking, Northstar Commercial Partners, Crestline Office Center Associates, FirstBank, and Koelbel & Company. I am even more motivated to keep their buildings full. Likewise, I appreciate my Tenant Rep clients that I will continue to serve, helping them find the best space for their current and future needs. I expect to add broker teammates in the coming months to further enhance our capabilities to serve our clients.”

Kevin Anderegg, Managing Director of Principal Real Estate Investors, had this to say, “I encouraged Matt to take this next step in his career. When we hired him to lease a building in southeast Suburban Denver that hadn’t performed well, he jumped in with new ideas and executed a successful lease up. I am sure he will have similar success with his new company.”

Premises Commercial Real Estate will specialize in leasing office space in Denver. Matt Smith has been involved with leasing over 9.6 million sf of office space and has been awarded the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and Denver Business Journals Heavy Hitters Top Small Shop Broker 3 times.
